We make EasyUse, so we have an interest. Everything about Tradify below comes from its own public UK pricing page, read in a web browser on 3 November 2026. Each claim carries a number that links to the page and date at the end. Plans and prices change, so check before you decide. Where the page does not say, we say so.

The short answer

Tradify is a job-management tool for trades, priced per user. The trades listed on its site are electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC and property maintenance[1]. Its pricing page does not mention landscaping or gardening. EasyUse is built only for landscaping and grounds maintenance and is £15 per month for the whole business, with unlimited users and jobs.

If you need payments, Xero or Sage sync, purchase orders or subcontractor scheduling today, Tradify lists more. If you run a landscaping or maintenance firm with a growing crew and the per-user cost is what bothers you, EasyUse is worth a pilot.

What it costs a team

Because Tradify charges per user, the bill grows with the crew. Because the features you probably want for maintenance rounds, such as recurring jobs and timesheets, are listed from Pro, we use the Pro price in the middle row.

Over a year, a 7-person team on Tradify Pro is £3,108 against £180 for EasyUse.

Where Tradify is stronger

  • Payments and accounting. Online and credit card payments, and sync with Xero, Sage and QuickBooks Online[1]. EasyUse supports QuickBooks Online only and does not collect payments.
  • Back-office depth. Purchase orders (Plus), costing and bill tracking, progress invoicing, subcontractor scheduling and compliance certificates (Pro) are all listed on its plans[1]. EasyUse does not do purchase orders.
  • Customer-facing tools. Online quote acceptance and quote and invoice reminders from Pro[1]. EasyUse can send a quote acceptance link by email, but that is switched off until it has been checked for your firm.
  • Calendars and messaging. Google Calendar sync on every plan, and text-message quotes, invoices and reminders at £0.10 a message as add-ons[1].
  • Track record. Its page cites a 4.8 out of 5 rating from 9,000+ ratings and reviews[1]. EasyUse is early software used daily by one Dundee landscaping firm, Green Palm Dundee Landscaping (about 7 staff), and being piloted by a few more.

Where EasyUse fits better

  • A flat price for the whole crew. Adding a seasonal worker or a second crew does not change the bill.
  • Landscaping and maintenance first. A rota that flags double-booking and holidays, jobs with a supervisor and named workers, garden-maintenance agreements, a spray diary and fleet reminders. See the features page.
  • Works with patchy signal. Clock-ins, photos, receipts and spray records queue on the phone until it is back online.

Questions

Is EasyUse cheaper than Tradify?

For any team of two or more it is, on published prices, because Tradify charges per user and EasyUse charges £15 per month for the whole business. Tradify lists more in payments and accounting, so cheaper is not the same as better for you.

Does Tradify suit landscapers?

Its pricing page does not name landscaping or gardening, so check whether its job and recurring-visit set-up suits maintenance rounds before you commit. Its 14-day trial is a fair way to test that.

Can I use EasyUse if I use Xero or Sage?

EasyUse only syncs with QuickBooks Online today. You can still use it for jobs, rota, quotes and time and invoice separately in your own accounts package, but that means retyping.

Is there a long contract with EasyUse?

No. After the free pilot it is £15 per month, and you can leave at any time. Read the pilot terms.
