The short answer
Jobber is a job-management product for home-service businesses, with landscaping among the industries it serves[2]. It has a much longer feature list than EasyUse. EasyUse is a smaller, newer product built for UK landscaping and garden-maintenance firms and priced at £15 per month for the whole business, with unlimited users and jobs.
Choose Jobber if you want online payments, a customer portal, automations and an app marketplace, and are happy to pay by plan. Choose EasyUse if you want one flat price, a rota and crew app built around UK maintenance rounds, and can live without online payment collection and a customer portal for now.

Where Jobber is stronger
- Getting paid. Online payments on every plan and automatic payment collection from Connect[1]. EasyUse does not collect payments; you invoice through QuickBooks and are paid the way you are now.
- A customer portal. Client Hub[2]. EasyUse has none.
- Automation and follow-up. Automated client reminders and quote and invoice follow-ups from Connect; two-way SMS and custom workflow automations from Grow[1].
- Routes and costing. Route optimization[2] and job costing from Grow[1].
- Reach. An app marketplace of 100+ tools and a professional website on its plans, with a marketing suite as a $99 a month add-on[1].
- Scale and track record. Its landscaping page says "400,000+ home service pros trust Jobber"[2]. EasyUse is early software used daily by one Dundee firm, Green Palm Dundee Landscaping (about 7 staff), and being piloted by a few more. Expect rough edges.
Where EasyUse fits better
- One flat price. £15 per month covers the whole business, with unlimited users and jobs. There is no user count to outgrow and no plan to step up through.
- Built for UK landscaping and maintenance rounds. It started as the system a Dundee landscaping firm needed for its own crews. It includes a weed-spraying diary, vehicle MOT, tax and service reminders, and garden-maintenance agreements priced from your own rates.
- A crew app for poor signal. Gardens and grounds are often out of range. Clock-ins, checklists, notes, photos, receipts and spray records are saved on the phone and sent when it is back online. The app has to be open to send them.
- A named person. You deal with the person who builds it, not a ticket queue.
What is not built yet: a customer portal, online payment collection, multi-company accounts and an app store app. If one of those is a must-have, Jobber is the safer choice today.
What it costs a team
For a team of 7 people, choosing "6-10 people" on Jobber's pricing page shows plans that include 10 users: Connect at $299 a month ($229 a month billed annually) and Grow at $399 a month ($299 billed annually)[1]. These are US dollars, as published, checked 3 November 2026, and we have not converted them to pounds. EasyUse is £15 a month for the same team, which is £180 over a year.
Jobber's page says its prices exclude sales tax where applicable. Optional add-ons on both sides are not included. Plans, prices and team-size options change, so check Jobber's page.
